The Secret Service has officially entered a state of war against the Templars.

Secret Service, today we enter a state of war against Templars. These people have invaded our allies, while we were unable to defend them. They have also attacked us personally, and pose a great threat to our nation. We shall not stand the abuse delivered towards us, or our nation. This is now the time to fight, and show the community what Secret Service is capable of.

The only army the Templars can beat are smaller armies that cannot defend themselves. Their leaders have also taken every opportunity to insult our army.

Xing, the creator of Templars, has been part of the community for years, yet no one has publicly addressed how creepy he is. It’s shocking that we allow people like this in our community. We call Joel “JoelFreak,” but it seems like Xing has truly earned that title.

Edit: This part was included in this post because it was brought to our attention on 07/11/2024, and we take a stance against anyone in the position of power having done such acts without consent. Regardless of whether or not it took place in 2021, we decided that people should be made aware.

 

 

Only 2 days after Secret Service returned, we were met with 3 major armies who were so terrified they had to declare on an army just recreated. It’s honestly super sad how their alliance loves to try and bully any army they can’t take advantage of. We will see you on the battlefield Templars.

War Terms:

1. No army following this declaration can transfer any servers until the conclusion of the war. The only exception to this rule is if an army forfeits the war and transfers all of their servers to the opposing side.

2. This war is a one-on-one conflict between SS and TCP. The usage of allies, dual-enlists and troops from other armies is NOT allowed. Advisors with a rank in another army are also not permitted to attend.  This war is between SS and TCP.

3. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.

4. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging (Make sure you really note down no multilogging), or cheating in any form.

5. No army is allowed to merge into TCP or SS until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.

6. The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force, unless there is no clear winner (by agreement of all parties).

7. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the CPA league, shutting your army down, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.

8. Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA league administration.

9. All other CPA league map, and CPA: Battleground rules apply for this war. Moreover, all battles must be judged by CPAJ judges.

10. No army can declare on/invade TCP or SS for the duration of this conflict.
